As a survivor of assault, I've been there. You may feel that you can't tell your family, your lover or you can't admit to yourself that it happened. Whether you've lived through tramatic sexual or physical violence, it has left a scar. Undoing what's been done will neither be easy, or fun.
You'll hate yourself, others, and especially your attacker. But that process must happen before you delve back into a normal sexual life.
Otherwise, those feelings will become roadblocks for your sexual satisfaction. Many of our conversations will cover the development of better relationships and better sexual experiences.

We want you to have the most fulfilling life possible. Both inside and outside the bedroom. So we'll mention many times, if not casually, how women and men can improve their sex life after experiencing sexual violence.
If you're sensitive, brace yourself. We're putting it all out in the open. Our aim is to improve sex, and that means we'll be addressing all the issues involved with potential obstructions along the way.
Have a sexual question? Feel free to comment at any time. Feel liberated; you're in good company.
