Briana Banks - arrested for DUI

The model allegedly got into a car accident with another vehicle in the early hours of the morning, prompting the other driver to report Banks to local police out of fear she might be intoxicated and a danger to others.

Cops picked up the 34 year old at a local McDonald's restaurant and gave her a field sobriety test, but she failed and was subsequently taken into custody.
